Galentine's Creative Hype Party

Galentine’s is about love. Not just romantic love, but self-love, friendship and showing up for one another.

Hype HER Up is a warm, creative space where women come together to decorate two mugs

• One for yourself - filled with affirmations, reminders and words you need
• One for another woman - to hype her goals, her growth and her becoming

Because you deserve encouragement and so does she.

Using ceramic mugs, paints and pens and sublimation you’ll be guided with gentle prompts to reflect on

• What you’re calling into your life
• What you want to be reminded of on hard days
• How you can intentionally pour into another woman

You might create a mug for

• A friend you came with
• A woman you meet during the session
• Someone who feels a little quieter, newer or in need of encouragement

No artistic experience is needed - this is about intention, not perfection.

We’ll have a Galentine’s selfie booth with props and affirmations so you can

• Capture the joy of the moment
• Take a photo with your finished mugs
• Celebrate sisterhood in your own way

Sharing is always optional. You can be as quiet or as chatty as you like.

This event is intentionally designed for women who:

• Feel nervous attending events alone
• Experience social anxiety or loneliness
• Want connection without expectations or forced interaction

You don’t need to know anyone beforehand.
You’ll be gently supported to connect at your own pace.

Bring:

• A friend you want to hype up
• Someone who doesn’t usually get out much
• Someone who needs softness, encouragement or a night out

You can create mugs for each other, or for other women in the room.

Because community care starts with self care.
Because pouring into others shouldn’t mean emptying yourself.
Because sometimes the words you write for someone else… are the words you need too.

Women who:

• Want gentle connection and creativity
• Are tired of performative spaces
• Value sisterhood, softness and growth
• Believe in uplifting themselves and others
• The average age of Building HER Socials is around 40 but atendeees from 14+ (with an adult) are welcome

I keep a list of women and organisations working with women who may want to attend our events but don’t have the finances to. If you’d like to be added to that list please please send me a message to [email protected]

If you’d like to donate a ticket to women on my list please use the donations options to purchase a ticket for someone who may not have the finances to attend.
