🌡️ Physical Health exercises activity Prioritise your health by using our indoor bike exercises. It's an opportunity to focus on your well-being. Our indoor bike exercise sessions will honor the legacy of Black athletes, who broke barriers in cycling, while promoting health and fitness within the Black community. This event is an opportunity to reflect on the resilience and achievements of Black pioneers, while focusing on your physical health through engaging, instructor-led bike workouts.
🧵Sewing lesson: In honor of Black History Month, explore the rich history and artistry of African textiles in your sewing projects. Learn about fabrics like Kente, Mudcloth, and Ankara, each with its own cultural significance, and incorporate them into your designs. Sewing with these fabrics not only allows you to appreciate the craftsmanship of African cultures but also offers a way to express pride and awareness of Black heritage through fashion and art. With small, meaningful projects such as headwraps, tote bags, or wall hangings, and learn the stories behind the patterns and colors.
