Join Fusion Charlottetown at our 4th annual Fusion Flavours on Wednesday, April 22nd at Founders Food Hall & Market! At this popular event, you will learn how to make Moqueca, a delicious traditional Brazilian fish stew, with a cooking demonstration by Head Prep Chef of Slaymaker & Nichols Gastro House, Débora Salvini.
