Fusion Academy Raleigh is thrilled to invite you to an exhilarating outdoor workout on April 25th at 12:00 p.m. This unique class is led by our very own Director of Admissions, Jeremiah Horne, and is designed to create meaningful connections beyond the traditional networking setting. It’s a refreshing way to connect and build relationships!
About Jeremiah:
Jeremiah has over five years of experience from Duke University, where he led various fitness classes, including ½ credit fitness courses, group fitness sessions, spin classes, and personal training for students and adults. His diverse clientele, spanning from 12 to 75 years old, has honed his ability to design workouts that are manageable, scalable, and inclusive, with modifications for all fitness levels (ages 18+). Our primary goal is to foster a sense of connection and community, so this is a space where everyone feels comfortable moving at their own pace and supporting each other.
The Workout:
The workout will commence with a warm-up, followed by partner/group work, core exercises, and bodyweight movements. Instead of reps, we’ll use timed sets, allowing you to dictate your own pace.
What to Bring:
If you have a yoga mat, feel free to bring it (extras are limited). Wear comfortable shoes suitable for grass.
