Funkytown is a high-energy, 10-piece disco and funk powerhouse based in Reno-Sparks, Nevada. Formed by members of some of the region’s funkiest tribute acts and top-tier Top 40 bands, Funkytown delivers a full-throttle throwback experience that turns every room into a dance floor.
Fronted by three dynamic female vocalists, the band brings the glitter, groove, and soul of the disco era to life with electrifying harmonies and undeniable stage presence. Backed by a tight rhythm section—drums, percussion, bass, and guitar—and fueled by keys, a blazing saxophone, and an additional guitar for extra punch, Funkytown recreates the lush, horn-driven sound and nonstop energy that defined an era.
