Fermentation has become a buzzword as we learn more about the power of probiotics and their benefits, but the process is still shrouded in mystery for many.
Join us as we walk you through the process of making two beginner-friendly ferments – Sauerkraut and Cheong – then learn how to incorporate them into simple, delicious recipes that can boost the pre- and probiotics in your body!

- Taste some ferments and preserves and learn how to incorporate them in yummy, gut-friendly recipes
- Make your own set of sauerkraut and cheong to start your journey at home!
