This special workshop brings together wellness, mindfulness, and a collective effort to help Lebanon. All proceeds will be donated to Animals Lebanon and Beit El Baraka, two NGOs dedicated to making a difference on the ground during Lebanon’s current crisis.
The workshop will feature:
- Stress & Anxiety Management through supplementation and lifestyle guidance by Christina
- Breathwork, Meditation, and Yoga led by Chelsea
Mats will be provided, but they are limited, so please let us know if you plan to bring your own!
Price: $25 CAD with an option to donate more.
