About this Event

Join the George Washington University, Georgetown University, and program directors from three leading federal research funding institutions for the in-person "Funding Innovations via SBIR/STTR Programs" event.

Program directors will present funding opportunities for innovators in the nation's capital, as well as application tips, support programs, and entrepreneurial resources available to small business applicants and grantees. Speaker presentations will be followed by a Q&A session with the audience.

Hear from: ARPA-H, NIH (NCI), and NSF.

You will learn about:

  • SBIR/STTR eligibility requirements
  • SBIR/STTR process and new funding opportunities
  • Initiatives for applicant assistance
  • Practical strategies for successful proposals

Attendees will also have the opportunity to book 1:1 meetings from 3:30-4:30pm with program directors to discuss their projects. If you would like to be considered for a 1:1 meeting please contact TCO ([email protected]) by Tuesday, October 1, with a 1-page summary of your company and technology.

This event is open to DMV regional businesses, researchers, entrepreneurs, and tech transfer professionals.
