After the huge success of our summer event, we’re excited to return to Sleven in Vauxhall to wrap up the year.

1:15-2:00pm– Sexy Pace 5k Run with the team, followed by Cadence™ Electrolytes
2:15-3:00pm – Lifting Workshop with coach Chris
3:15-3:45pm – Team Hybrid Workout
4:00pm – Wrap up, hydrate, and unwind with a beer
