Functional Fitness on the Plaza

This weekly outdoor fitness class is led by Operation Keep It Moving at Cascade Plaza.

Enjoy the fresh air and workout with a variety of aerobic exercise and strength training with this an hour long class at Cascade Plaza. It’s the perfect way to decompress from the workday or meet up with friends to work out together.

Licensed instructor Mary Anderson from Operation Keep It Moving will help you on your fitness journey and lead you through a workout that is varied, and fun.

This class takes place on both the grass and pavement and sneakers are recommended.

Refreshments will be available for purchase at The Shed before, during and after this class.
