Sew would you like to up-skill in quilting? Have you tried patchwork and would like to take the next step? … this workshop is for you! We will learn a new quilt block per month - January - December all 12” blocks. Each month we will learn a differing design … so you can join these to make a picture quilt of 2026! This month it will be to learn the art of half-square triangles as this is the basis for a lot of other quilt blocks you will make during the year. Sew Dotty will show you how - step by step and you will receive a handout with instructions for each month with suggestions of other blocks you could make using a similar design.
We will be learning how to quilt as we go by adding sashing & batting and adding quilting pattern to the quilt blocks.
In December we will arrange another workshop to finalise your 2026 quilt … containing all the blocks you have made all year!
