The Full Snow Moon Meditation is a sacred space for emotional release, clarity, and spiritual transformation. Held during the powerful energy of the Snow Moon — a time that marks both a peak in the lunar cycle and a moment of deep reflection — this meditation invites you to gently release old emotional patterns, soften the heart, and restore balance between your feelings and your thoughts. Through compassion, intention, and guided stillness, participants are supported in finding inner clarity, renewed strength, and alignment with their highest self.
