Full Power Cacao Ceremony with song, dance, drumming and guided journey. Please bring a drum if you have one. For best results please avoid caffiene and alcohol for 24hrs prior to the event and stay hydrated. You can also fast for 4 hrs before the ceremony. Please note this event is not suitable for under 18s, under the influence of recreational drugs or alcohol or those with severe mental health conditions.
