★ Behold the mesmerizing sight of the Full Moon rising over the ocean as the Sun sets on the western horizon, accompanied by beautiful east/west musical melodies and mantras.
★ Harness the lunar energy by symbolically releasing what no longer serves you through an oceanside release ritual.
★ Embrace the soothing sounds of the sacred ocean, deeply relax on the soft sandy beach, tune into astrological Moon insights to support your journey, and meditate under the expansive celestial sky to completely rejuvenate your spirit.
★ Receive a seashell for the release and gift to keep.
Movements and breathwork will be guided, but are not mandatory. This is a judgment-free, non-competitive healing space. The instructor will demonstrate movements and provide verbal guidance through a high-quality sound system, making it easy for everyone to follow along. All levels and newcomers are warmly welcomed!

For over 18 years on Fort Lauderdale Beach, we have hosted a series of events during the full moon phase, along with daily classes. Each gathering is unique! Be sure to secure your spot and read all the details about this enchanting evening below.

🔸🎒 Beach Essentials to Bring
A large beach towel or blanket for added coverage on the sand for you to practice on —no yoga mat required. (*We do not rent towels or mats) BYO drink to stay hydrated.
It can get chilly on the beach after sunset, so remember to bring layers or cover-ups.
A bag is essential for keeping your belongings organized and preventing them from getting lost in the sand.
We have lighting on the beach during the event; if you plan to stay afterward, feel free to bring your own light or enjoy the beautiful moonlight.
Plan for extra travel time to the beachside, park, check-in, and spend extra time on the beach. Event duration 90 minutes + personal time afterwards.
