With spring arriving and the Easter holidays just around the corner, life can feel busy or slightly overstimulating.
This gathering is a chance to pause before that momentum carries us forward.
Rather than pushing or releasing too much, this session focuses on:

• Supporting circulation and gentle detoxification
• Reconnecting to the body in a steady, grounded way
