With the long weekend ahead and the full moon approaching, energy can feel heightened — sometimes exciting, sometimes a little unsettled.
This gathering is a chance to pause at the end of the week, before moving into the weekend, and to soften that build-up of energy in a steady, grounded way.
Rather than pushing or releasing too much, this session focuses on:
• Settling the nervous system
• Supporting circulation and gentle detoxification
• Releasing excess tension from the week
• Returning to a calm, balanced state before the weekend begins
What we’ll do:

Safe, steady movement to regulate energy and support the body — dynamic, but never overwhelming.
🥣 Full Moon Chat & Snack Gathering
A relaxed sharing circle with simple, nourishing snacks.
