With the long weekend ahead and the full moon approaching, energy can feel heightened β sometimes exciting, sometimes a little unsettled.
This gathering is a chance to pause at the end of the week, before moving into the weekend, and to soften that build-up of energy in a steady, grounded way.
Rather than pushing or releasing too much, this session focuses on:

β’ Releasing excess tension from the week
β’ Returning to a calm, balanced state before the weekend begins
