Join us for an evening of movement, reflection, and deep nourishment beneath the Flower Moon on Friday, May 1st. Surrounded by fields of flowers, this special gathering invites you to align with the powerful energy of the full moon through yoga, breathwork, meditation, and a deeply restorative sound bowl session.
The full moon represents a moment of illumination and release, a time when emotions rise to the surface and what has been growing within us becomes clear. It is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and let go of what no longer serves so we can move forward with greater intention and clarity.
The full moon on May 1st is known as the Flower Moon, named for the abundance of blossoms that appear during this time of year. This moon carries the energy of growth and expansion, reminding us that what we nurture within ourselves has the potential to bloom outward into our lives.
We will begin the evening with a gentle, all levels breathwork session to help settle the nervous system and bring you into the present moment. From there, you will be guided through a brief but powerful body scan meditation to deepen awareness and prepare the body for movement.
Next, we will move into an accessible yoga class designed for all levels, flowing slowly and intentionally as the sun begins to set over the fields of flowers.
As the evening unfolds and the Flower Moon rises overhead, we will transition into a deeply restorative sound bowl session, allowing the vibrations of the crystal bowls to carry you into a peaceful savasana beneath the night sky.
