Full Moon Women's Circle

Join us as we celebrate this month's full moon

The July full moon is known as the Buck Moon because it's the time of year when new antlers start to emerge on the deer buck, it's also known as the Salmon Moon, Raspberry Moon, Thunder Moon, Herb Moon, and Mead Moon.

This month we are engaging with our Inner Child and for some of us reconnecting with her for the first time and deepening that connection with our little girl inside so that she feels seen, heard and loved.

Don't worry if....

You've never been to a full moon circle/women's circle before and are not sure what it's about or if it's for you. It's normal to be a bit anxious or nervous when you try something new but don't worry, you won't be asked to do anything you're not comfortable with and we'll guide you through the whole thing.

You don't know anyone, every woman who comes to circle is more like you than you would believe and it's a great way to meet new friends and sometimes it's easier to share the things that worry us or hold us back most with people outside of our normal friendship/family groups.

We are going to meet by the ocean at North Miami Beach to see the beautiful moon rising.

During the circle:

* Short grounding practice

* Time for group introductions

* Present the theme/ Inner Child

* Cacau ceremony

*Sacred Circular Dance

*Deep Relaxation

*Sound journey

*Open discussion for sharing and connecting

*A closing meditation with intention and chanting

What to bring:

A pillow, or meditation cushion

Yoga mat, or sarong, or big towel to lie on

Scarf for the circle dance

And an open heart.
