Join Boshka for Full Moon Ceremony with Cacao & Sound Healing. A perfect way to spend a quiet evening with likeminded women and create space for yourself for much needed self-care. This special event will be filled with soothing practices intended to open your heart, spark your spirit and recalibrate your senses. Experience the magic of Sound Bathing and Ceremonial Cacao combined together to fill your own cup and settle into a state of bliss.

Who is This For?
This event is EXCLUSIVELY FOR WOMEN and intended to give the body and nervous system a deep rest and nourishment. However NOT SUITABLE for the following health conditions: seizures, epilepsy, heart conditions (incl. pacemakers), any metal implants inside the body, anyone taking antidepressants or during first trimester of pregnancy. Please consult your doctor if you are concerned about any health issues ahead of the session. If you have any questions at all, please contact the event organiser prior to booking.
What You Will Need:
Please dress comfortably and although yoga mats, pillows and eye masks will be provided, please feel free to bring your own blanket or anything else to make yourself extra cosy. Water for general hydration. Please avoid caffeine at least 2h prior to the event if possible.
About the Event:
We will open up each session with a short grounding meditation, which will offer gentle support for the tired and wired minds. The beauty of this event resides within how easy and accessible it is to many, and no experience or knowledge is necessary to attend the session.
The intention behind gathering during each Full Moon is to tune in with anything that you may be ready to let go of in your life. Cacao and Sound offer a gentle way to create a space in which a deeper connection within ourselves can be felt and invite feelings of ease and clarity.
If you are new to Cacao, it has amazing benefits for mood and neurochemistry, as it is packed full of incredible nutrients. This wise plant medicine also invites us to pause, feel and listen. Allows us to connect with gratitude, shows us for how we can live with more presence and openness to an ever unfolding experience of life. When we approach cacao as a wise teacher and respect the plant spirit, in return we receive loving support for our hearts, minds, and bodies.
About Your Host:
Boshka Grygoriew-Alvy is very passionate about Meditation as well as Sound Healing, and has been exploring the world of wellness since 2014. Her work is deeply rooted in the ancient teachings of Chinese Medicine and QiGong, but also inspired by Ayurveda and Yoga. Boshka is a certified NAAD Yoga Sound Meditation Practitioner, Restorative Yoga Teacher and a Health Coach specialising in Nutritional Therapy and Mineral Testing, accredited by Yoga Alliance and CMA.
