About this Event

THE BURNING HEART is a gentle and meditative journey through senses with crystalline Sound Bath & Cacao Ceremony.
Each month we will gather together and meet in meditation/prayer. No matter where you are on your life’s journey, and if you have or don’t a spiritual practice, this is a peaceful space to tune in with your heart. A moment in time to pause, reflect and let go. So you may remember how does it feel to live from your heart and be grounded in your body.

Let this evening be one of connection to oneself and the bright flame of intuition burning deep within your heart. Settle in, be still and listen. If you are new to Cacao, it has amazing benefits for mood and neurochemistry, as it is packed full of incredible nutrients. This wise plant medicine also invites us to connect with gratitude, shows us for how we can live with more presence and openness to an ever unfolding experience of life. When we approach cacao as a wise teacher and respect the plant spirit, in return we receive loving support for our hearts, minds, and bodies.
