Join Sound Healer & Yoga Teacher Sasha Kovalchick for a magical IN- PERSON sound healing ceremony!

Sunday, May 23 from 2pm - 3:15pm MST

You're invited to experience the blissful benefits of sound healing. We will join in sacred ceremony as we celebrate the full moon with a group sound bath, intention setting, energy work, chakra alignment, and guided meditation. Guided by Sasha’s angelic voice and crystal bowls you will float away into a deep meditative state where you may relax, let go of anything not serving you, and step into your most empowered self!

SOUND

is a powerful tool that can be used to retune our bodies to higher vibrational frequencies and natural rhythms. Our bodies actually sync up to the harmonic inflections created by crystal singing bowls and the most powerful instrument we have, the voice. These sounds act to stimulate the alpha and theta brain waves associated with meditative states of stillness and relaxation. In addition to relief from chronic pain and migraines, benefits of a Sound Bath include improved sleep, reduction of stress and anxiety, as well as a renewed sense of well-being, calm, and happiness.

FULL MOON

is a cosmic alignment that occurs when the sun, earth and moon are all positioned on the same axis. The moon creates a gravitational pull that affects not just the waters of our planet, but also the waters of our body, impacting our bodily fluids and emotional undulations. Aligning with the cycles of the moon and actively tuning into its energies opens us up to greater opportunities for exploration and self-care.

YOU’LL NEED:

• Your favorite crystals, sacred objects, to infuse your energy and intention into our sacred altar
• Mask
• Nurture provides yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters, but feel free to bring your own as well for extra comfort!
• Dress comfortably and come ready to relax (:

THINGS TO NOTE:

• Drink lots of water before and after our ceremony
• Wear comfy clothes
• Be gentle with yourself! Sound medicine can stir up a lot of emotions and energy. You may feel super energized after or you may feel drained. Be kind and compassionate to yourself.

*SUNDAY FUNDAY! The delicious cafe at Nurture (Nest) offers BRUNCH from 12-2pm! Bring a friend and grab a bite to eat before this transformational sound journey! (Note: brunch is not included with your ticket)
