Full Moon Sound Bath in the Woods. Cacao • Fire • Deep Relaxation
Join us for an enchanting evening under the full moon by the entrance to Stubbs Copse Woodyard.
✨ Relax inside a cosy bell tent in the heart of the woods
✨ Sip heart-opening cacao by the fire
✨ Release tension with a deeply restorative sound bath
This is your chance to pause, let go of what no longer serves you, and recharge your energy in a truly unique setting. Surrounded by nature, firelight, and the healing power of sound, you’ll leave feeling grounded, peaceful, and renewed.

Please do your best to arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes early to get settled so the session can start promptly.
Please note - Whilst Sound Baths / Gong baths are suitable for most, it is not advised in the following situations:
- 1st trimester of pregnancy (Cacao is also not recommended)
- Anyone with a pacemaker
- Unsupported serious mental health condition
- Sound induced epilepsy
Please also inform us of any of the following:
- Metal implants
- Tinnitus
- Severe illness
- Recent surgery

Wear layers and bring anything you need to keep you cosy such as a blanket, pillow and something to cover you eyes if you wish. (Eye masks are always available to buy for £5). Please wear appropriate footwear for walking on soft or uneven ground. If we have lots of rain there may be muddy patches.
No shoes to be worn in the the tent please.
