Words Out Loud is a charitable trust which exists to foster and demonstrate the benefits of the Spoken Word.
Join us for our new in-person Open-Mic event at The Fauna Brewery in Arundel, West Sussex where we meet for the first time on the 7th May. The event is free to attend and open to anyone, but a £3.00 donation made on the door would be very much appreciated.
Arrive from 6:30pm to order drinks and snacks; the Open-Mic starts at 7:00pm.
Come along and read some of your own poetry, a published poem or read some prose, dialogue or any piece of written work.
It doesn’t matter if this is the first piece you have written or whether you are a seasoned pro, you will find a warm and supportive welcome as you share your work with us out loud.
And if reading out loud is not for you, please do come along and enjoy the atmosphere and listen to the readings.
Fauna Brewery has a wide variety of gourmet pizzas and the bar offers soft drinks, tea and coffee as well as a range of alcoholic and alcohol free dinks, so there is plenty to choose from to eat and drink throughout the evening.
