Join us for a Full Moon Sound Bath to slow down, soften, and release what no longer serves you — all within the loving embrace of community.
The Full Moon is a powerful time of illumination, completion, and emotional release. It invites us to reflect on what has come to light, let go of what we no longer need to carry, and realign with our truth.
In this nurturing session, we will experience:
🌕 Grounded Reflection & Release
Gently reflect on what you are ready to release, creating space for clarity, peace, and renewal.
🌿 Guided Meditation
Ease into presence and stillness while reconnecting with Mother Earth and your inner wisdom.
🌕 Sound Bath Journey
Immerse yourself in the healing frequencies of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, drums, rattles, and other sacred instruments.
🌕 Energetic Clearing & Renewal
Release stagnant energy, calm the nervous system, and restore balance within the body and mind.
🌕 Integration & Community Connection
Reflect, share, or simply witness in a safe and supportive circle.
