Join us under the full moon for sound, ritual & reflection. A space to release, renew & connect.
About this Event

Join us each month under the full moon for an immersive sound bath experience. For those new to sound baths, this is a sonic, meditative journey where you're invited to surrender to the vibrations. Sound isn’t just heard—it’s felt, touching every cell in your body.

The session begins with guided meditation and gentle movement to help you reconnect with your body, releasing tension and stress. We’ll then use healing sounds from crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, wind chimes, and other instruments to create soothing vibrations that help shift stagnant energy and bring a profound sense of peace.

Throughout the experience, there will be moments for ritual, journaling, reflection, and laughter. Afterwards, tea and snacks will be available to enjoy in fellowship and community. Whether you're new or seasoned, you’re welcome to join us in this collective journey of renewal and connection under the full moon.

Sound Bath

For those of you who are new to sound baths, it is an immersive sonic meditative journey in which one is encouraged to surrender to the sounds. Sound is more than just an auditory experience; it's a vibration that touches every cell in our body. During the sound bath, Dre will gently guide you into a meditation to anchor you into your body, then orchestrate healing sounds with crystal and himalayan singing bowls, wind chimes as well as other instruments that create soothing vibrations and therapeutic sound waves.

Tea and fruit will be made available after the session for those who wish to stay around.
