Before the sound bath begins, you will have an opportunity to indulge your magical side by making your very own Wish Jar. Choose from a variety of salts, dried herbs, and crystals to add to your jar. Seal it with wax and set your wish/intention.
During the hour-long sound bath, let the soothing vibrations of the quartz crystal singing bowls guide you into a state of deep relaxation.
