Led by Sabrina of Kanekshun, this immersive evening weaves together breath, sound, meditation, and movement guiding you through a powerful release of what no longer feels aligned, and into a deeper connection with yourself.
Through intentional breath, grounding movement, and an expansive sound journey, you will be supported in letting go, softening and creating space for something new to emerge.
