In sound healing we work with sound to bring us to balance and harmony through the soothing frequencies of the crystal bowls.
Healing means to become whole or sound in body and mind because we are energy in a state of vibration.
This will be combined with gently somatic moves and breathing to relax the body and mind to recieve the vibrations.
