Experience a 75‑minute Full Moon Slow Flow and Sound Bath with senior instructor Ashley Boice, held directly on the beach for an immersive, oceanfront practice. Gentle, fluid movement and intentional breathwork lead into a restorative crystal‑bowl sound bath enhanced by the natural rhythm of the waves. This lunar‑inspired offering invites grounding, clarity, and mindful integration at The Miami Beach EDITION.
