About this Event
🌕 Join Michelle Belegrin and Rachel Hechtman, of Sober in Central Park, for an evening of community, connection, and intentional practice, working with the energy of the full moon to support a reset and recalibration of mind, body, and spirit.
🌕 Through guided presence, breathwork, and intentional practices, you’ll be invited to shift your internal state toward greater ease, openness, and clarity. Rooted in both ancient wisdom and modern science, this experience is designed to gently move you out of autopilot and into a more aligned, grounded way of being.
🌕 In alignment with the full moon, we’ll also work with what you’re ready to release, letting go of patterns, thoughts, or energy that no longer serve you. This process creates space for new intentions to take root while supporting a natural recalibration of the nervous system.
🌕 The evening will transition into an immersive sound bath, allowing the body and mind to fully settle and integrate. In this deeply relaxed state, the brain becomes more adaptable, supporting subtle shifts in neural pathways and how you experience stress, emotion, and connection.
🌕 You’ll leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more centered, with a renewed sense of energy and intention.
✨ Spots are intentionally limited to keep this experience intimate and high-touch. These gatherings tend to sell out, so early booking is highly recommended.
No experience necessary. Just come as you are.
