Full Moon Release and Healing at the Beach

An intimate evening of grounding, breathwork, reflection, gentle movement, sound healing, energy healing, and release beneath the full moon by the ocean.

Together, we’ll gather in community to slow down, reconnect to ourselves, and let go of the emotions, patterns, and stories we are ready to release. This experience includes guided meditation, breathwork, journaling, optional sharing, energy healing, and a collective release ritual in a supportive and embodied space.

No prior experience with meditation, breathwork, or energy healing is necessary.

Please bring:
• A yoga mat, blanket, or towel to sit or lie on
• Layers for the evening
• Water
• A journal and pen

This gathering is intentionally intimate and limited to 15 participants.

Check-in begins at 5:00 PM at the café and restroom building near the Will Rogers State Beach parking area. We’ll walk together to our circle location on the beach shortly before the event begins at 5:30 PM. To help preserve the integrity of the container, late arrivals may not be accommodated once the circle has begun.

About the Facilitator

Sepi Shyne is a transformational healer, writer, and founder of Soulillume, a healing space rooted in embodiment, connection, and inner transformation. Through grounding practices, energy healing, ritual, breathwork, and embodied facilitation, her work invites people to reconnect with themselves, release what no longer aligns, and return to the wisdom of the body.
