Full Moon Modular Sound Bath: Flow

To be in a flow state is like being in the zone, totally immersed in a moment. We invite you to our flow state, otherwise known as our sound bath. We will become immersed in the sounds and the vibe of the group and the feeling of the chapel where we gather. This will become a moment unlike any other, which will remind us that every moment is unique and we have the opportunity to embrace each one. Please join us in dropping into the flow at our Sacral Chakra Sound Bath!

SETUP

Bring a yoga mat with blankets and pillows to rest on, as you will be invited to lay down on the floor. Wear comfortable clothes. If you require a chair, it will be made available. A journal would be great for any pending thoughts or experiences.
