🌷 We shall draw on the amazingly powerful Full Moon energies to re-energise ourselves, clear the mind, focus on You, gain insight on what’s relevant to you by relaxing, calming & focusing the mind, as well as giving your inner child some much needed ‘playtime’!😍🌈🌷
🌷 You will have a Mindfulness workbook ( which you can take home with you! ) containing mindfulness questions, prompts & handy hints on ways to embody mindfulness in your everyday life!🙏🏼😻
🌷 There will be some Pranayama - gentle yet very effective breathing exercises which calm & focus the mind….
✨ NOTE
All exercises can be done to your own ability - there’s never any pressure put on you in any way shape of form! 🥰🙏🏼
🌷 This will be followed by a relaxing guided meditation to uplift and cleanse your energetic system! You just lay back & chill! 🙏🏼🌷
( no experience necessary )
🌷…And to close the meditation, there will be gentle sound healing to clear & raise your energetic frequency even further…🌷🙏🏼

A Mat
A blanket for coziness
A pillow / cushion
Water

🌷 The last part of the workshop is allowing your inner child to express themselves and have some light-hearted freedom & fun with colouring in your chosen Mandala design!🌸🌈
🌈 All equipment is supplied for Mandala colouring, and you can take your masterpiece home as well!😍🌈
