Sonic Journey for Shattering Old Structures + Taking Up Space.
Join us at Taj Mahal Seattle for the Full Moon! We will also be featuring a sacred Cacao ceremony to open our hearts to the lessons the full moon has to offer.
The Aquarius Full Moon is about liberation. It asks us to look at the structures, beliefs, and societal expectations that are keeping us playing small and to finally release them. With the Sun in Leo during this time, the energy is a balance between showing up in your authentic, individual power (Embodies Leo), and aligning that power with the frequency of the collective, (Aquarius' signature). It is the perfect energetic climate for shattering stagnant paradigms, making the deep resonance of gongs and alchemy bowls especially potent.
So, let the vibrations of the crystal alchemy bowls, the deep resonance gongs, drums, and chimes clear away the old with a radiant, celestial highlight that celebrates the season's bounty and vibrant energy.
During full moons, we release what has culminated, and create space for the new, higher quality vibrations coming our way. This will be a night filled with deep relaxation, heart-centered intentions, and a sonic journey to clear energy blockages and nourish the mind, body, and soul.
Yoga Mats, neck pillows, blankets, and water provided. Feel free to bring any additional blankets, pillows, bolsters, or other props to get the most cozy.
- No prior experience with sound baths needed, first-timers welcome!
- Plan for parking with nearby garages or lots, like Air Garage or Liberty Parking Lot
