Join us for gentle, accessible Yin Yoga classes guided by the cycles of the new and full moon.
About this Event
Join us for a gentle and grounding Yin Yoga practice aligned with the energies of the moon and the seasons. Each session is inspired by the qualities of the full or new moon to help you balance your energy, cultivate mindfulness, and support your emotional well-being.
Please bring your own mat and a blanket or towel to use as a prop. Blocks & straps will be provided as needed.
- Yin Yoga is accessible to ALL levels—no previous experience needed.
- A beautiful way to embody self-care, flexibility, and deep relaxation.
- Each class is 45 minutes and includes space for reflection and breath.
- Single Class – $20
- Multi-Class Pass – 6 Classes for $100

Spots are limited to 20, so be sure to reserve early! If you need to cancel, please let us know in advance so someone else can take your place.
