Step into the radiance of the Full Moon just beyond Samhain, when the veil is thin. Immersed in waves of harmonic sound, you’ll be guided to illuminate hidden corners within, celebrate your growth, and channel energy into what you wish to nurture. A powerful moment to honour the cycles of change and move forward with intention.
You’ll be guided through a soothing soundscape of himalayan and crystal bowls, gong, and chimes, designed to help you rest deeply, release, and realign with the rhythm of the season.

What to Bring - please bring anything that will make you comfortable lying down for an hour, such as:
- ✨ Your own yoga mat (essential, no yoga mats provided)
- ✨ A blanket
- ✨ A pillow or cushion if you’d like extra support
- ✨ An eye mask to deepen relaxation

When to Arrive?
- ⏰ Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before the session starts to give you time to settle into the space and grab a warm drink.
- ⏰ Please note late arrival will not be permitted after 7.40 pm as this is disruptive to other guests so please be sure to arrive in plenty of time.
