We'll come together in a sacred, safe space to reconnect with our divine feminine, reflect on our journeys, release what no longer serves us and set intentions for our highest and best selves.
Activities will include: Prayer, Meditation, Free flow movement, Intention setting, and Journaling in the outdoors making use of the benefits of a nature setting.
About Niambi Kiesha:
A coffee lover, plant mama, and nature frolicker is the best way to describe Niambi. You can usually find her on a greenway/walking trail, in a park walking barefoot in grass, near water, swinging in a hammock or just sunbathing. Niambi is also a holistic wellness practitioner, yoga instructor, parent educator and family advocate.
A self-proclaimed Peaceful Warrior, Niambi fights for the things she’s passionate about with an understanding that love and peace are her greatest tools.
For years Niambi knew there was a calling on her life but was unable to pin point exactly what it was. Out of her journey to understand God's purpose for her own life came the realization that her spiritual gifts are grounded in supporting others identify and walk in their own calling and purpose.
Yoga saved and transformed Niambi's life and she is committed to sharing it and various other healing and wellness modalities, specifically in her community and with other black and brown people.
Niambi is an advocate for self-care, self-love, and self-awareness and sees her practice as the vehicle to navigate them all.
Life is always full of excitement and activity for this mom of 3 sons, Niambi is also Plant Mama to a whole host of plants that bring her peace, joy, and many life lessons off the mat.
