Full Moon Flow: Somatic Movement and Reiki Energy Release

Held during the Virgo Full Moon Total Lunar Eclipse (Blood Moon), a rare and powerful moment for release, clarity, and energetic recalibration.

Full Moon Flow is a 90 minute immersive experience designed to help you clear mental clutter, soften perfectionism, and reconnect with your body during an energetically potent lunar moment.

The experience includes a grounding yoga flow designed to move stagnant energy, release physical tension, and bring you fully into your body. Reiki energy is woven throughout the movement to support deeper nervous system regulation and energetic release.

You will also be guided through a journaling practice focused on letting go of outdated habits, self criticism, and mental overload while setting clear intentions for the cycle ahead. The experience closes with continued Reiki support to help integrate the shifts created through movement and reflection.

This is an intentional blend of movement, energy work, and reflection designed to leave you feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded than when you arrived.

All levels are welcome. No prior yoga, journaling, or Reiki experience is required.
