flow + plunge: new year yoga & ocean dip
start your year with energizing yoga followed by a refreshing ocean dip hosted by !
join us in person at a private outdoor space in OB for a morning that balances calm flow and refreshing plunge. this is your space to reset, recharge, and dive into the new year with grounded energy and release with the energy of the full moon.
what to bring: yoga mat, yoga towel, water, bathing suit, towel
what to expect: we'll start with a ~1 hr hatha flow before taking a one minute walk over to santa cruz cliffs for an ocean plunge. ocean dip not required!
where? private address shared 24 hours prior to the session. give yourself time for parking!
cost? the event is free for members of off grid social club (members - sign up on circle!) & $15 for nonmembers.
a portion of proceeds will go towards the center: san diego's LGBTQ+ community center.
