In collaboration with San Diego’s Kettner Exchange—led by Executive Chef Brian Redzikowski and honored on the Michelin Guide’s Bib Gourmand list—this showcases a curated lineup of premium and emerging sakes, paired with imaginative bites that reveal new dimensions of aroma, texture, and terroir.
This intimate, style-forward day event is distinct from a festival—think salon, not expo. Our aim is to create new value for sake and spark the next trend from San Diego.
Dress code: 1920s Vintage glam & jazz-age elegance. Capacity is limited.
