No experience needed - just bring an open heart and a willingness to move.

To dance in this energy is to let what’s been building within you rise to the surface, to move with intensity, clarity and freedom. It’s a chance to shed old layers, celebrate how far you’ve come and fully embody your truth. Expect a night that feels expansive, electric and deeply alive.

About Ecstatic Dance:
Ecstatic dance is a free form dance experience guided by live DJ music. The music is curated to create a journey-like flow throughout the session beginning with slower, softer tunes and gradually building into more energetic, vibrant rhythms. While some guidance and facilitation are offered, the music, the community, and your own inner world become your primary guides.
