This is why the Full Moon is not just powerful—it is necessary.

It is the moment of release.

Just as the Moon reaches fullness and begins to wane, we are invited to do the same. To let go. To shed. To soften our grip on what we have been carrying.

ABOUT KATE

Kate Fleur Young is a musician, sound artist, and certified Sound Healer who guides others into deep states of rest, clarity, and expanded awareness through frequency. Working with Alchemic crystal bowls and her ethereal, transcendent vocals, Kate creates sound journeys that support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and a return to inner harmony. Her practice is rooted in Sonic Medicine and a profound connection to Nature, its cyclical rhythms, and seasonal wisdom.

Kate weaves ritual and intention into her sessions, holding spaces that are inclusive, powerful, and deeply restorative. Through her sound baths, guests are invited to lie back, receive, and soften into lucid states where visions, insights, and deep peace can emerge. Her work opens receptivity to higher consciousness, frequency codes, connection, and the magic within.

Kate has performed in leading venues and festivals including London’s Barbican Centre, Alexandra Palace, eartH Hackney, Wilderness, The Round Chapel, Houghton, Medicine Festival, and 180 Strand. She creates sound experiences regularly for many different clients ranging from Soho House and Dazed Magazine, to Lloyds Banking Group and Nike. Her multidisciplinary projects span installations at the Saatchi Gallery, the V&A, Christies, and The Strand. She has created soundscapes for Marshmallow Laser Feast, released a Sound Journey on Radio 1, and been included in the Beckley Foundation’s psychedelic playlists.
