We will give thanks and focus on the blessing that is You! Praising all the wonderful attributes about you & what you have overcome to get to this point…
We will engage in thoughts which are in the present moment, and as we take in the beautiful ceremonial grade Cacao, it will allow us to open our hearts to more love & healing from within..💫
✨ There will be a journal workbook to partake in ( and which you can take home with you for future journaling! ) 🫶🏽💕
✨ Mindfulness activities designed to bring you into the present moment, and to help you connect to your bodily senses in the immediate environment…
✨ Art Expression
You do NOT need to be able to draw or be an artist, no judgement at all!!😅💛🙏🏼🌿
This will be your own colourful expression of what you may have visualised / seen / felt after breathing exercises…your interpretation of your visions or emotions…
( Please don’t worry if you find visualisation tricky - it’s not a problem, you will still be totally able to do the exercise! )
✨ Colouring a gorgeous mandala of your choice! ( you can just partake in this if you prefer )💛
✨ I will go around & put Reiki into your individual hearts as we’re enjoying the art expression ( again, no pressure if you wouldn’t like it, it’s totally fine🥰 )
✨ Meditation - you just lie back all cosy & relax!!
I will lead you through some gentle Pranayama ( simple yet very effective breathing exercises to calm & focus the mind ), take you on a guided meditation, closing with some gentle sound healing..😍💕
✨ Fun - pendulum Yes / No answers to questions you might have!
✨ Drawing guidance cards!

💕 Please bring any crystals you’d like as they will be charged in the gorgeous Yurt energy amongst us all, and if needed, I can cleanse them for you😍🙏🏼
