Breathwork is powerful; nature is powerful. Combine them together for a truly deep and immersive experience, where you connect with yourself and the wider world around you.
In this fire ceremony, we will open with a soundbath before settling into the breathwork portion.
In this particular breathwork, we will be communing with the elements of fire and water. We will be offering participants variations of breathwork (mahapranayama or open-mouth breathing), depending on the intensity they wish to experience, as breathwork can bring up deep release.
Bring: yoga mat, blankets, water bottle, and optional eye mask.
