This Full Moon is called the Flower Moon, and it signifies the blooming of flowers in the spring. This marks the peak of spring. The Flower Full Moon is a reminder to simplify and elevate your growth, allowing yourself space to focus of the positive aspects of your life. The areas that are coming into a full bloom cycle.
The focus for the sound bath will be around growth and expansion of conscious thought that allows us to move forward in our lives. Each sound bath is uniquely crafted around an intention and theme, keeping the experience fresh each time. For this sound journey gongs, Himalayan and Crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes and a crystal pyramid will be used together to create a sonic experience that lowers brainwaves, lowers cortisol levels, promotes relaxation and provides a safe space to let go and experience sound on a different level.
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket and eye cover. Some props are available at the studio. The studio is located upstairs. Doors open at 5:40 and it is important to arrive early as doors lock at 6:05. If you are experiencing financial difficulties, there are sliding scale spots available. Epilepsy is a major contraindication to sound healing and is not safe to participate.
