About this Event
A sound bath is an immersive listening experience where the sounds of drums, chimes, and sound bowls wash over you. This vibrational sound experience helps to reduce stress and will leave you feeling refreshed. Feel free to bring anything that would make you feel comfortable as we will be laying on the floor (mask, yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, socks etc.)
Participants often experience:
-Reduced pain
-Restful sleep
-Emotional release
-Relief from stress
This experience is not recommended for those who are in their first trimester of pregnancy, currently have thrombosis, hypotension, or sensory sensitivity.

Location
Full Circle Studio is located inside the same building as Highland Bakery and Yonder Yoga. You will go to the yellow awning on SAMPSON ST and walk up the stairs. We will be in Studio #8.
Parking
There is free street parking on Sampson Street, N. Highland Avenue, and you may park at the office building on the other side of our building on coroley street.
