About this Event
This is not just “Pilates on the grass”.
This is a full body session designed to help you actually feel your body, move better, and train without pain — not just repeat random exercises.
We’ll combine Pilates, functional training, and stretching to build strength, improve mobility, and reconnect you with how your body is supposed to work.
📍 Location: Volkspark Friedrichshain (near the Climbing Rock)
☀️ Fresh air, movement, and a small group atmosphere
Led by a former ballerina and fitness coach with over 8 years of experience — expect clear guidance, attention to detail, and a completely different training experience.
