The Blue Full Moon is a rare moment in the lunar cycle where energy is amplified. Arriving as a second full moon within the same month, it carries a sense of urgency and intensity. It offers a chance to revisit what may have been missed or left incomplete, bringing it back into view for reflection and release.
This Full Moon Sound Meditation is an intentional pause to work with that energy rather than moving past it. Sound moves like water through the garden of the body, reaching the places words cannot. Under the Blue Moon, her energy offers space for what is ready to be examined and what is ready to take root.
We begin with gentle breathwork and light, accessible movement to open the body and create space within. From there, you will be guided into a restorative sound meditation using singing bowls, drums, and other therapeutic instruments.
This practice cultivates yin energy, inviting stillness, reflection, and integration. Classes are intentionally small and intimate, allowing space for a more personal and supportive experience.
You’ll rest on the floor on a yoga mat with blankets and props for comfort. You are welcome to bring your own mat, blankets, pillows, eye mask, or anything else that helps you feel at ease.
