Please bring a yoga mat or something like a blow-up camping mattress, blanket and pillow. Something for an eye mask is preferred too. There are limited extra blankets and mats I can give out if needed. Also eat lightly a few hours before and wear comfy clothing.
Colter has led over 700 meditation and breathwork groups since 2009 & loves to create sacred spaces for personal transformation and growth. These meditative breathwork experiences can be a quite powerful experience in such a short amount of time and he wants to share them with as many as possible. Colter creates an environment that makes you feel connected to yourself, to other participants, and to the pulse of life inside us all.
