Come join us to celebrate the Blue Full moon this 31st May. We start with some cacao to open the heart and some guided heart opening meditation.
We then journal on our manifestations and on things that are holding us stuck that we want to let go off.
We will then move if this resonates with some movement therapy to some beautiful music. those who would prefer to just chill and listen that's totally ok too...
We will end with a hour long Reiki soundbath form the lovely Jacqueline from Spirits of Highland - light and sound therapy.
Energy Exchange for the 2 hours is £20.
